I was contacted by a sales rep from USA Card Servics, Brian Parker, in March 2006. A fast talking, lying creep talked me into and had my signature in a matter of about 1 hour from the time our conversation started. I questioned the "non-cancellable" lease portion and that was brushed to the side saying they would 'help' me build a website, I would be making money in no time, have my own site and no need to put money down, they would simply finance the $4000 credit card machine and debit my bank account each month for $110.00 for 4 years!

Lucky for me, bad for them, they signed up on the bank draft and that was very easy to stop payment! By this time there were 4 companies involved in my "simple" little website -- A-1 Leasing, Bond Corporation, StartUpEssentials and USA Card Services. Now, how did that happen?

I worked deligently for 4 months building my own site with their bullcrap helpers both at StartUpEssentials and Colony 1 who seldom gave me any help that was useful. "Just write a 250 word, text rich article" to put on the site in several places. Just a bunch of crap and I finally tired of it. Julie Meeks helped at StartUpEssentials and the rest of the bunch was useless. Finally, in July I had had enough and not knowing what my next move was, I started figuring how I would get all this back to them in a pile, and I have.

I followed the LeaseBreaker instructions filing with the credit bureaus, Attorney General office in TX and MI. Results are filing in and we are in force planning to take these companies down and anyone who works for them or has represented them. There are attorneys on board and a whole bunch of mad Americans!! The Devil will see these people as his Head Coal Shovelers if we have our way.

Internet Scam by USA CARD SERVICES

#9REBUTTAL Individual responds

Sun, December 02, 2007

I, too, have been a victim of the USA CARD SERVICES Internet Scam.
Are you going to take them to court? Is there going to be a class action law suit?
Who can I file a suit against and how do I go about doing it?
Who else do I need to complain to?
They have sent me a letter from Stuart Allan & Associates, Inc. saying they are going to take me to court. After what they have pulled on me I don't think that there is a judge anywhere on this earth that would go against me after what they have pulled.
I know that these people are going to ruin my credit, do you have any suggestions of what I could do about it?
Anyone reading this, please write to me (((ROR removed for security purposes))) Thanks.

Class Action Lawsuit - Please - Another Victim here

#9Consumer Suggestion

Wed, November 07, 2007

I'm not sure how to contact each other, but please let me know anything about how to get involved with Class Action Lawsuit. I, too, have been scammed by USA Card Services (no longer have website and I can't pull up the content of their past emails to me - isn't that strange!!), A-1 Leasing, Colony 1, etc. I thought I must have been so stupid or gullible but in seeing the multitudes of people scammed I now know I completely taken advantage of. The scheming sales lady even used my Christian faith to reel me in - it disgusts me!

I was VERY hesitant - but they had me believing I was being interviewed for rare opportunity and told me they walk me through each step and give ideas proven to be profitable online because they dont make money unless I do - I should have known they were professional sweet-talking swindlers. I got sucked into this in Nov 2005 and thought I was just stuck. But now one of the charges went from $20 to $69.95 (that is on top of $128 in other fees each month). That was the last straw. My bank is doing an investigation as to the increase and now I'm livid.

Please Anyone help me know who/how to contact to get involved.
Thanks!

Class Action Suit...I'm In

#9Consumer Comment

Thu, September 13, 2007

I too have been ripped off by Ladco Leasing and have experienced the threats. I sent a certified letter challenging their unscrupulous acts and returned the equipment and had a nasty call from CDRS. When I asked if he was the attorney he responded no, I asked the attorneys name and no attorney name was given. Probably because there is none. They did threaten to take money from any bank account that I had open and that they were going to sue me. I told them to bring it on I'll look for the constable. I want in on your class action suit. This is going to be rewarding bringing down these scum bags.

The FTC also has a form to file a complaint against these scumbags. Fill out enough forms and we're sure to get attention.

A Class Action lawsuit has been filed. I am one Plaintiff for the class. Suit filed lists A-1 Leasing, USA Card Services. Don't know about Ladco Leasing. Stay tuned. There are 100's affected and these companies will not go unpunished!!

Not certain what I can put in this rebuttal, but there is a contact at (((ROR REDACTED LINK FOR SECURITY PURPOSES))).

What's the latest on getting lawyers involved?

Have you actually got an attorney on retainer, or is it something you plan on doing? The reason I ask is because I'm looking to get involved with some type of class action lawsuit against USA Card and Ladco leasing. Is this being organized, or is all "pie in the sky?"
