I think the complaint needs to focus on the fraudulent claims and promises made by USACS at the time they negotiated the contract with us and secondly, the lack of service on their part or the other partners part (the trainers) Colony 1, drop shippers, etc.) to actually get your website and business up and functioning and listed on the search engines as promised breach of the contract basically. Then note that they required this lease agreement to participate in their program and it included a credit card machine that is not even needed for an internet business.

USACS has you sign a lease agreement with a 2nd party (Global Tech leasing) to distance themselves from the transaction. Now this lease for services has been sold to a 3rd party (Ladco) and even further removes USACS from accepting liability for their fraudulent behavior. So, the consumer is seemingly blocked at all turns and locked into a lease for services never rendered.

There is no recourse against USACS for their fraudulent claims and misrepresentations that lead to the agreement in the first place. Everybody is covered except the consumer making the purchase (us) have no ability to get out of the deal that they have breached. I have about 50-100 other USACARD members who have been ripped off by these companies who are also going to be making complaints.
