I was contacted by someone with USA Card Services and was then given an interview with Brian Parker who is no longer with the company. He was very pushy and aggressive. I was told only a select number of people were chosen and that is why there was an interview. I was also told that this company was investing in me.

They did not. They were out no money for me. The leasing company took care of them. This process has not been as easy as it was described. I have paid on this lease for over 9 months. I am so very dissatisfied. I have contacted all of the above companies to try to get out of this lease yet have not gotten anywhere. I am not sure whether to cancel the bank draft or what to do. I dont want my credit ruined but I hate to pay on this for another 3 years.

This company was forceful and not truthful about alot of things. I was pushed into signing the lease..it had to be that day. I will be a part of any kind of suit. I think they need to be stopped and we should all be able to get out of these leases and not have our credit damaged.

Evidence that this is a scam

#9Consumer Suggestion

Thu, November 09, 2006

Folks, I have the actual training CD's that the sales people at USA Card Services use to train to become scam artists. I got those CD's and other documentation from a former employee of the company.

In the CD's, the V.P. of sales is actually heard making comments that incriminates USA as scamming people.

This is invaluable info in order to get out of your lease and get back whatever money you lost. Unfortunately, I have no way of getting this info to anyone because the policy of this website does not allow any kind of communication between victims.

I would gladly give this info to Rip Off Report if they want copies of the CD's and the documentation. I urge anyone that wants this info to email Rip Off Report to go and check out my evidence and then either pass it on to other victims or allow me to give my email address so that victims can contact me for the evidence. This evidence is FREE and I am NOT an attorney nor do I get any benefit out of this other than stopping this scam.

The evidence is solid enough that it will force the leasing company to give you back your money and cancel the lease. I urge you to take action now.

Sincerely,

Kristy

How to handle the lease

#9Consumer Suggestion

Thu, November 09, 2006

Thanks for your Rebuttal to my post regarding my rip-off. Let me just take a minute to give you some info.

Several years ago I owned a clothing store. I had a 48mo non-cancel lease thru Ladco Leasing. I closed my store and tried to get out of my credit card terminal lease. Ladco told me that I could not get out of the lease. I was mad because I was in debt from my clothing store and did not have the money for my lease pymt.

I was paying around $160/MO. I closed my business checking acct and next thing I knew they got to my personal checking acct and started deducting from it.

I found out about this when the bank contacted me for nonsufficient funds. I instructed the bank that they were not to allow funds to be taken out and they informed me that they couldn't prevent it, only notify me when it happened. I then again tried to talk with Ladco about the lease.

Long story short, I was mad but I had not been scammed since I had contacted them for the credit card terminal, so I found a way to continue paying the lease. After it was payed off I had to send the terminal back and chalked it up to business debt.

DO NOT simply close your acct and stop paying the lease amount.

I have filed complaints with the Federal Trade Commission, contacted the Consumer Fraud Division of the Attorney General's Office of the states involved, notified my bank of the scam and closed my acct, contacted the 3 credit reporting agencies to notify them off the scam and forthem to watch my credit reports, and I then sent back my stuff to USA Card Services.

I sent a letter to A-1 Leasing today telling them what I have done. I am waiting for a response. I will let you know what happens.

I am fully prepared to take further action. I will be contacting BBB with copies of everything I have sent and then I will be contacting the media with the scam if my lease has not been dissolved immediately.

I will keep you updated.

Stop you payments, send back their stuff--- THEY CANNOT DAMAGE YOUR CREDIT RATING if you handle it correctly and threatening to do so is HARRASSMENT-- It's blatant scare tactics...

Contact the major credit bureaus--and you report the companies and explain that is a disputed debt and why....They will note this in your credit file, and from what I understand a disputed debt cannot be held against you....

There is a web site that is specifically targeting companies who are scamming innocent folks like you into leases.

They show you how to break your lease legally, and they are actively managing a class action lawsuit against all the companies you have listed.

Go to Google and type in Stratup Essentials, and there should be an ad for "How To Legally Break Your Lease"

(I broke My 48 month Non-Cancellable Lease)

Good Luck!

I contacted the BBB about this company and the company sent me a reply that suggested I knew what I was doing and was informed of everything. I replied back commenting on some of things they suggested. What should I do now? I read where people closed the accounts that they drafts are coming out of. I dont want to ruin my credit. I need some suggestions on what to do. I want to do the right thing. This company tho was not completely honest and I cant afford to keep making the payments on this lease.....any suggestions?

Gina.... Please know that all Card Service
companies are NOT corrupt. I work here in
the Mesa, AZ office for a different company and we offer an array of Business Solutions
including Credit Card Processing fees and
leases for POS equipment. I run in to things
like this every day I'm out there. I do have
some very strong contacts "inside the industry"
and I'll try to hook you up with the right one for your particular situation.

From now on, always check a company out if you're not absolutely sure of their standing and especially if high pressure techniques are applied. Have a good day...
