I am also one of the many that have been taken by this company. I could not believe it when I can across ripoffreport.com. I wish I had found this site before I got involved with this.

There have been comments on this site that we are just lazy and didn't do the work required. Are these comment made by people that got involved with this. I believe not.

I signed up with USA Card Services and at the time felt very hopeful. I was promised that they set up a web site and that they provide complete training and that I would have a "success coach" to help me with any problems I had. I was never told that I had to completely build the web site. I was never told about what it was on my end that I had to do BEFORE I agreed to sign on. I was told it required about 5-10 hours a week of my time.

I also wondered why I needed a credit card machine at home when this was an online business but I did this anyway. Desperation does funny things to people. I was sent an abundance of information that I did not understand. My success coach never contacted me. It was a couple of weeks before I was able to actually get a live person at USA CS and I was assigned a new success coach. He did contact me but when I asked about all this paperwork he told me not to worry about it. I did try to get started with this business but was completely overwhelmed by the info I received that I did not understand. 12 weeks into this my hard drive crashed and I lost all info I had. I was confused about the whole business. I needed to start over and I need help to understand what I needed to do.

I contacted USA CS NUMEROUS time. I was never able to get any live support. I contacted them via email and NEVER received a response. I contacted them via phone only to have the option to leave messages. I NEVER received a phone call back. I contacted my "success coach" numerous time via email and he never got back to me. Finally, after emailing him on a daily basis for 2 weeks and threatening to keep doing this he got back to me and said he had quit USA CS a while back. So, why wasn't I assigned a new "success coach"? Why didn't USA CS let me know my coach had quit and I would be assigned a new one.

I take offense at the statement that we are lazy and just want to sit on our butts and collect money. I am anything but lazy. I am raising 2 kids on my own and working 1 full-time job, plus my own freelance design business AND trying to build a network marketing business.

All I wanted from USA CS was the support and help that I was promised. Yesterday I closed out the bank account that Ladco/Global Tech Leasing was taking their payments out of. I have paid them for a year for nothing. I didn't do it earlier because I was so afraid. I'm still afraid but I cannot afford to keep paying them. Actually, I am scared to death of what they will do to me. But I'm more afraid of losing my home because I can't pay my bills and this is an extra $104/month I just can't afford to pay.

It seems there are more of us out there that have been hurt rather then helped by this company. We can't all be lazy or liars. If there is anyone out there who has stopped their payments please let me know what happens next. I live in Colorado and I am going to contact Tom Martino about this. I am also going to contact the Attorney General. I'm going to file a report with my bank and see if I can get any of this money back.

Ladco will turn you over to a collection agency. If you don't have the funds to pay them they can't get a judgement against you. They will of course hurt your credit. However, regardless of what other people say, for sure contact your Attorney General.

I am currently having corespondence with my state's attorney general's consumer complaint dept and I'm getting results. If your state's attorney general doesn't respond to you, write to mine. I can't give you the address, but you can look it up on the web. Good luck.
