USA Construction - Jessie - Chip ripoff One year ago, we signed a contract with USA Construction to help us rebuild after we were destroyed in Hurricane Charlie Port Charlotte Florida
Company was to start work two weeks after our signing. We gave a deposite of &500.00. Thank God , it was not more. The work of a car port , concrete drive and shed were never started. Jessi had one excuse after the other. We called him every two weeks and it was always , yes we will start next week or in two weeks.
A year passed and we recieved a call from Jessie telling us he needed to increase the cost of the project altho our price was locked in. I asked him , how much do you want? He replied the whole amount of $12,000.00 would be fine and get the work done sooner. I told him , no, I would stick with the original contract. He then told me that he would not start the work without the money. I asked for my deposite back and he said he wasnt sending it back because of the work he put into our project. Now, please know, he never even came to our home , nor did he apply for the needed permits.
So, people, if you run into Jessie, just be wise and pass him up. He is most definitely a rip off artist.
