USA Credit After searching for a payday loan USA Credit debited 149.95 from my bank account without my approval. Which also resulted in a 35.00 over draft fee. Nationwide Internet
I too was charged 149.95 without my approval. Which also resulted in a 35.00 over draft fee. Never heard of USA Credit nor contacted them. The charge came after I went to some pay day loan sites. I just want my money back. My account was low at the time and it resulted in almost 400.00 in overdraft fees also. The bank said it would take 10 business days before I get some of my money back. I am very angry with USA Credit and will do anything to get my money back and see that they are put out of busuness.

I have had my own issue with this company. They recently debited $400.00 from my bank account without authorization. I do not know how they got my banking information, but according to them it was "acquired online". If I'm not mistaken, that is ILLEGAL. I do not recall if I took out a loan with them earlier this year, but it is unlikely since I was unemployed. In any event, they fraudulently acquired my new banking information from an online source. My bank is trying to dispute the charges, but said it could be difficult if they have acquired the right information. Some how the charge came through as an ACH charge, which would mean that they are hiding their charges as credit and debit withdrawals. Yeah, these companies are getting good at Ripping Off people. I notified the BBB and I suggest you do the same.
