I was filling out an online app for a cash advance. Somewhere within that app, tucked away so that I could not see, was an aggreement to accept this "credit card program". I was not aware that this transaction had taken place until I saw a withdrawl from my bank account in the amount of $149.95!

I tried to look up a website for this "company" so that I may dispute this, but could not find them. I was fortunate enough that on my bank statement, their number was printed next to their name.

I called the number to get their information. I was able to obtain an address. They DID NOT have a main web address to give me because they DO NOT have a main site! They informed me that "there are many".

I would like to note that while I was talking with this girl, there was someone in the background feeding her answers to my questions.

Trying to get as much information as I could, I called back at another time asking for their website. Again I was told that they did not have one. I asked how I could refer a friend if I didn't have a web site to direct them to. They told me to have them call the SALES DEPARTMENT. That number is
800-504-9280

These people are rude and ruthless to deal with. I stated my position to them as to how I got this and was unwilling and unaware. I wanted a cancelation of my membership and a refund. They were extremely uncooperative. They just kept jamming it in how great their program is and how it could benefit me. Despite my firm statements and requests, they continued to argue. After a long and rather grueling "fight", they agreed to cancel my membership. That meant that I would not be billed the monthly membership fee. They said that they could give a partial credit only. And boy they let me know how lucky I was to be getting even that!

I filied a grievance with my bank and they are disputing these charges with the company. Hopefully in the end, I will have a FULL refund.

I am hoping that by telling my experience with this company, and I use that term losely, it will help get this fraudulent "company" fined, forced to make restitiution to it's victims, and SHUT DOWN!
