Complaint Review: USACreditClub

I received a phone call on Tuesday, July 11, 2006 at 712 pm, eventually spoke to a man who gave the name of Justin. At first, I agreed to the card, then said I was no longer interested after the fee amount increased $10.00 in barely ten minutes. He first said he would take the amount of $82.50 out of my account on July 23,. After I told him I was not interested and did not want the card, the money was withdrawn from my account on July 13. I have called 1-800-634-6729, only to receive a recording of how important my call is, and that a representative will be with me shortly. No one , of course, ever answers.
