Was tricked into believing that this company could help me restore my credit. Was stunned to see the HUGE amount of money taken from my bank account. Called right away, and was given the run-around.
The cust serv rep told me they would refund in 5 days and it would take 3-5 days for the $ to show up in my account. Here it is 6 days later, I called, and they said the charge back was refused by my bank and they didn't understand and said "we'll send it again ASAP"....well, I will not hold my breath.
What a sad costly $179.90 mistake I made.
