I made a loan to the San Francisco Patients Cooperative, a non-profit Medical Cannabis Club. It was ran by a woman named Randi Webster, AKA Randelyn Webster, AKA Sister, AKA Randi Gross.

She signed a contract and initially paid off $1,000. In February, I got a tip from a volunteer that the Coop was closing on March 1st and Randi had no intention of paying me back.

I contacted Steve of USA Credit Recovery in mid Feb after finding their website. He told me we time was critical since she was leaving and that I should fax all info right away, which I did. This included the currrent address, phone number, etc.

I never heard from him or the company again. Three days ago, I finally had to call the company. At first I was told there was no record of the case by a receptionist, then after speaking with her, she said Steve was the manager and remembered the case. He mumbled something about there being "road blocks" and that he needed to review the case. He promised to call me right back on the same day. He never has called me back, even after I wrote him a complaint letter.

The case is worse because now Webster had moved from her coop and I had to pay money to an online lsiting place to try and track her down. It gave me different addresses, but I still need someone to help me as I am disabled and cannot do this by myself.

This company really doesn't care about people, only big corporations where they have easy cases and big payouts. They are a rip off and both companies and individuals should avoid them
