I had an Electronic Debit taken from my bank account of $149.95 for NO REASON! I called the bank to see about the funds missing from my account. I was given USA Credit's name & phone number and requested a Reverse on the Debit immediately.

I never heard of USA Credit before until now. I called USA Credit and questioned their operator on the funds going to them.

Next, she told me that they (USA Credit) received an @mail giving them permission to charge my bank account and IMMEDIATELY hung up / cut the call off. My husband, who has an AA Degree in Communications, notified 3 TV Stations and 1 Newspaper to Investigate USA Credit.

Also, my husband filed a report with the Attorney General's Office here in Pennsylvaina. I am now left with a bank account severly overdrafted because the missing $149.95 wasn't there to cover checks I made out to pay bills.

There is a lot in bank fees and my past two paychecks went directly to the bank with still a negative balance. I did file a Dispute with my bank to Reverse the Debit back to where it originated from however, the bank says that this can take up to 120 business days.

I am puzzled how USA Credit obtained my bank account information. The only thing I can think of is USA Credit must have Hacked or Decifered the Security Encryption the bank uses to see my account information on the Web.

My husband is Disabled and I am limited on my work schedule because I have to take care of our two Daughters. $149.95 to me is a lot. I want my MONEY RETURNED plus ALL BANK FEES as a result of this "Silent Robbery"!!
