Complaint Review: Usa Credit

a bill was sent to our address with my wifes first name and false last name of carrione. the letter stated that 30.00 dollars was due now. when i called and inquired i was told that my wife needs to use her 2,500.00 to shop on the internet. i said she did not apply for this and was told to pay the bill or her credit is in jeopardy. i cant believe they got social,date of birth and our address. this is disgusting and flat out identity theft, if this is not a crime i dont know what is. this so called businness needs to be shut down and criminal charges should be brought.
