USA Credit somehow got a hold of my personal information.
I asked them for a phone # they got mean and told me I couldn't have it. then they hung up on me.

How could you have talked to someone who told you you can't have a phone number? Who did you call? Usa Credit's phone number is 1-800-262-4192 They are availbale Mon-Thus 9am to 9pm Eastern time and Fri 9-5 and Saturday 10-2
I guarantee you if you call you will reach someone and if money was taken from you account they will explain to you why.
Chances are you applied for their card and you probably didn't realize it or maybe you forgot. And sometimes other people will use your banking info to apply for things in their name.
If you give them a call I'm sure they'll explain everything to you.
