I was contacted on my cell phone. the Gentleman told me if my checking account was in good standing,He was sending me a Visa card.. with a credit limit of 2000 USD with a 8 percent inntrest to help build credit. and 200 dollar certificate to put toward youf first payment son the Visa Card.. Instead they took out 149 in my account, sent me a card to get a free cell phone... a shopping card on line for a high priced place and you have to pay high priced shipping and ten percent down then it is charged to your USA credit account and

When i recieved the package 2 weeks after the charges,I cgot charged again for a auto rescue plan, ( I did not need). then I saw they sent me a coupon for grociereis if you send ti back with a 5 dollar processing fee, then they send you coupons. Along with a prescription plan. (I do not need) I called them told them i did not want any part of them, they said no problem Do you have 35 dollars in your account to cancell.. I said no, just give me back my 149 you took and the 15 for the auto and leave me alone. Then they charged me 200 USD.

I am going to my bank and close my account. Can the USA CREDIT sue me for closing my account? How do I get my money back!!! Help please

Close your account and stop the bleeding.

Then NEVER accept any more "credit rebuilding" schemes. These are all aimed at people who are desperate for a credit miracle.

How did your credit rating get so 'bad' that it should need 'rebuilding'? Figure out the answer to this question, and then don't make those mistakes ever again.

Only YOU can rebuild your credit rating, and you do this simply by paying your bills on time, every time. Set up a budget, and give every dollar of income a 'name' so you know WHERE it is going. And don't forget that some dollars should be named "savings".
