USA Credit Scam that takes 150 bucks from your account York, Internet
Needing to build credit and pay for something that came up unexpected, I looked into a $200 payday lone. Nothing came of it so I let it go. I checked my emails and even went back to the web site. Nothing came up so I was like screw it. I just checked my bank account today and USA credit withdrew 150 dollars from my account! I did not sign anything that stated that they could do so. I am very careful with my money and this is stealing. I'm trying to fight it but so far I'm losing. I have to pay my bank back 38 dollars for something that I didn't approve. That's a lot of money when your living paycheck to paycheck. We should get everyone who has been affected and sue this company!

I too inquired about a payday loan because I was in need of some emergency cash.
Just as described above nothing came of it so I ignored it. Then I look into my account and USA Credit took out 149.95!!!!! I am a single mom who lives paycheck to paycheck!! I can't afford this!! So I get hit with a $37.50 overdraft fee!!
Rediculous!! I am looking into what I can do about this!

That is interesting that you would say that because I am also a victim of you guys taking money out of my bank account without my authorization. The even weirder part about that is that I have never even heard of this "USA Credit" corporation and never submitted any sort of form saying yes I would like to enroll please sign me up, and take $149 out of my account.
After google searching this (mind you google predicts what you might say as you type, "USA Credit SCAM" was the second prediction! ) there are THOUSANDS of people that have been scammed by you people. I hope you are happy with yourselves STEALING money.
You need to be charged and sentenced for what you have done to all these innocent people.
Stealing is a crime as well as fraud.
