Complaint Review: USA CREDIT SUPERSTORE

I was called 07/01/03 by agent named PAUL offering me a Platinum Card with a credit limit of 7,500.00 for a one time refundable fee of $79.00 to be refunded through a certificate to use towards a purchase from their superstore. I was then tranferred to agenct SAMANTHA who finished the application and assured me a card after my account would be debited on 07/14/03, she offered and unsecured bank card, road side assistance etc... for $19.99 per month I informed her no need I have a visa card and don't own a car. I finished the conversation with her then went to pull up their website.

I want to THANK EVERYONE for writting in due to your reports I called the company back at 6:39pm (7-1-03) at 1-800-59-3993 and spoke with agent ANGELA at this time I informed her this is a recorded conversation I want to cancel my order with your company and do not want you to debit my account for $79.00. I repeated it once more to make myself absolutely clear, she asked why I was cancelling and I informed her thanks to the good people who reported you on RIPOFFREPORT.COM
