USA Credit doesn't tell you about the $149.95 fee till after they get all your information and you agree to there terms and conditions. Then they go into your checking account or savings account and try to collect that fee. If they don't get it the first time they try again.

You had to give it to them, right? Didn't you aks or read why they needed that information? How is this a ripoff?
