Usa Credit/usa Shop Smart ripoff, charged me a fee and I have to pay monthly fees and there is no website dishonest ripoff liars Uniontown Pennsylvania
I paid a fee for the card. After recieving it I found out it was a catalog card.
I never recieved a catalog and I have not been able to shop on line.
I am charged a 30.00 fee each month for "services". If I don't pay I recieve nasty grams. I think they are arip off and a scam they should be ashamed for misleading people.
