USA Distributor Refuse to replace defective cabinets and/ or refund money Philadelphia Pa

I paid for cabinets they came in July however some were damaged and after 3 months of getting the run around. I had to file a complaint with the Attorny General office. Once they found out I was advised they were not going to refund my money or send me out replacement cabinets. I was told I pissed them off because I smeared their name so the are going to give my cabinets to a more thankful customer.
