These jerks have harassed me for 7 months now. They have presented themselves as police officers and have told me they were going to arrest me. They have constantly called my cell phone and work and family members. They have said they were an attorney (but they have no clue about our laws in Colorado regarding debt collections) and they were filing suit against me. This all started when I had at one time applied on line for a payday loan and either someone stole my information and used it or these people were the thieves themselves. I never received any money but they started calling me giving me my personal information over the phone and telling me they were going to sue me. I told them on several occassions that if this is true send me court documentation and we could proceed from there. I have received nothing. They will not stop calling me and they are very hard to understand as I think they are from India. I tried contacting an attorney here to get it to stop but he said is was a scam and there was nothing I could do. This is not fair as I owe them nothing and I am being harassed on a daily basis. Beware of this company!!!!!! I believe this is how they make their money. They call unsuspecting people and harass them until they get their way which is by getting paid.

If this caller has a middle eastern accent if he calls again tell him you paid a voodoo high priest to put a death hex on him. Tell him that if continues to call on your cell, work and contact other family members the death hex will get to the strongest and he will die a horrible death.

We own the website USAFinance.org . I would like to know why our website was listed in the complaint. We have nothing to do with Debt collection. Since the complaint is related to phone calls someone may have wrongly tagged our website.
We appreciate what Rip Off Report is trying to do. However, by mentioning a wrong website it is creating hardship for innocent website owner.

This is a scam. I would tell the caller that this is a scam and he has been reported to the FTC and the feds as well. What ever you do don't give them any imformation such as bank account #s .
