usa find ..a $79.99 waste of money rip-off scam
usafind claim they had asset to several data bases and could locate your love ones for $79.99. Along with copy of relatives nearby addresses. when i gave them the persons name and birthdate. they in return sent me people who were born in different years and not in the same month as my missing person.They also made sure they stayed away from their hometown.They actually made it impossible for me to use the information they sent me.

I understand how the customer would feel if they do not understand how public records work. It is very important for the consumer to read the Frequently Asked Questions, the Legal Notice and Terms and Conditions on our web site or any web site before doing business with them or even calling customer service to fully understand how we work and exactly what you will receive. It is through our experience over the last 7.5 years that 95% of the people do not read these pages, but just place the order without knowing what the company's limits are.
Do you realize that if we were ripping people off we would not have lasted in business 7 weeks let alone over 7 years? Oh, we are a member of the Arizona BBB and if we were ripping people off I am sure they would of cancelled our membership long ago.
People do not read anymore and then the wonder why things didn't work out the way they expected. It would save them a lot of time and trouble if they just took the time to read the above categories that explain things.
The reason no information was returned to the consumer is because there was no information on file in public records as to the exact location of who they were looking for. That is not our fault since we do not gather this information only retrieve it. We did check all available resources at our disposal.
An added note and any law enforcement agency will tell you this. It is impossible to guarantee that anyone can be found. No one on the planet can make that guarantee for the simple reason that about maybe 10% of the people can't be found for one reason or another.
So, again always read the Frequently Asked Questions, the Legal Notice and Terms and Conditions and call customer service if those areas do not fully answer your questions. Please! So go back to our web site at www.usafind.com and read those sections.
