usa funding called us and told us we had been approved for a loan for 7,000.00. Janet told me that we needed 645.00 for insurance, so we took money from our paychecks to pay the insurance and sent it western union, then two days later Lucy calls and tells me that they need another 230.00 because we were considered high risk, I asked her if they could take it from the loan, she said no, the loan was already drawn up and ready to go, so we had to wait until we got paid again and send the money western union again with a fee each time we send it. Lucy said that they would reimburse us for that. She told us that it would be 24 to 48 hours and it would be deposited in our account. Two days later it was not there, so we called all day long, could not get Lucy or Janet on the phone, kept being told we would get a call back, this has been a week now, my Husband and I have been calling everyday still geting the run around and no money, My Mom called me and told me to look at the rip-off report and there was USA Funding stealing people's money, Now we have been ripped off 965.00 that has left us in a hole. They should be ashamed of thereselves for taking people who are need of a loan to take care of things, and instead they take our money for themselves. I have done nothing but blamed myself, but we will get back on our feet, and we will be more alert when it comes to these places.

I have been on the phone the last 2 days to attorney general offices, police stations, everywhere. US Secret Service has also been contacted. Please call everyone you can. Also report to the BBB. We need to stop these people from doing to others.

I'm so sorry to hear what happened to you because the same thing happened to me and my boyfriend. We lost a total of 1,600 and for a couple who lives paycheck to paycheck that is devestating. Some things that you might try are to talk to your local police department. If you know someone from the FBI or other sources. I have tried to call them for weeks and that same b***h answers and transfers me to a answering machine. I have told her that I want to talkto a supervisor and she tells me they are busy which you know is a lie. I truly am sorry to hear what happened to you and I hope that this never happens to anyone again. If you need anything feel free to respond and maybe we can work together in a way to get our money back or to make sure that this never happens to anyone again.
