USA Grant Applications, offering their services with a Refund guarantee, if you are not satisfied with their services, failed to refund my $24.95 payment. I found their alternate phone number on a Delaware BBB site and was actually able to talk to someone. I requested a refund from the person who answered the phone, due to a BBB report in Ocean View, Delaware. She did say they had a refund policy and wanted to know why I wanted to cancel their services. Months past in 2009, no refund, and I sent them another email requesting a refund. Again, no Response!
