USA Insulation totally unsatisfied - walls still cold! Hilliard, Ohio
I purchased the foamed wall insulation on July 27,2007. the salesman gauranteed that there would be no more air coming thru the electrical outlets.
Since then, there has been no change/improvement in the volume of cold air that blows in around every electrical outlet.
I have also had the wall covering off at several locations and found very little foam, certainly not completely filling the space between the studs.
The holes where they put in the small amount of foam were made with a hammer, and were not sealed by the foam, which allows even more cold air to get in.
I have since spent $100 on Great Stuff to try to stop the cold air at the outlets.
I had them back to see the open wall/ no foam areas and their people said "that's as good as it gets."
A total waste of $3144!!!!!!!!!
