Complaint Review: usa magazine exchange

i got a call from this company and took their magazines they said i would get a gold watch i didn,t. icalled to cancel they said no cancel policy they sent me all the wrong magazines i called again, they said they would take care of it. they sent me different ones bow and arrow handguns none of the ones i ordered i called again and talked to the manager who was rude and treated me like crap.

i told her i was calling an attorney and she challenged me and said she would be glad to talk to any attorney that called. the people are rude and a bunch off liars they make you feel like they have you over a barrel and there is nothing you can do. i told her i was stopping payment and she laughed and said do what you have to do. i felt like i had been slapped in the face. my husband and i have been fighting over this company for months and i am so tired of it.

if anyone reads this report, and usa magazine calls you tell them to have a nice day and hang up immediately.
