I also was suckered into the USA magazine scam. With promises of fast cash through a drawing and a instant and "free" designer watch was all too good for a 20 year old can concurr. The stories of fast talking solicitors were fit to a T, and as soon as I knew it my credit card number was given out before I realized it, but the mistake that made me act quickly was how poorly they had paid attention to details were, they did not establish themselves clearly over the phone and were slow to tell there name when on the phone.

Credit to ripoffreport.com too I had read some of the other cases of this company and they were all too similar, so within that hour I had called my credit card company toput a block on my credit card I also tried to call the cusomer service number that same day and I talked to a man by the name of " Mr. Bowers" and he assured me that my order can be "considered cancelled since I called within that day and my order had not been sent out yet" then I asked about the initial 58.52 dollar charge will be dropped?

He explained that it will eventually be dropped since my order was cancelled anyway. The problem I have is that when I asked for a confirmation for my cancelled order he totally abided the question by simply saying that your bill will be dropped autmatically......now should I belive him or what, and can I get any legal advice in case they do try to bill me? thanks
