I was contacted by this company on my cell phone while I was driving a friend home one night.

They told me I had won a free watch and was in a drawing for $50,000 because I had used my Visa. Well, I too fell into this load of crap and they had me trapped in a "verbal agreement" to pay them nearly $700 for MAGAZINES...

When I recieved the letter stating I owed them this, I thought it to be a complete misunderstanding and called them to cancel but I was treated like a complete a*s and told I verbally agreed and the order could NOT be canceled...

Well, I called back and listened to the tape of me agreeing, and I was about ready to give up and pay, but a "supervisor" got on the phoen and treated me like I was a POS..so not only was I upset I was goign to be out $700, I was now pissed off...

I got my father involved in this whole thing, and in turn we involved the Law...Well, it turns out that this "magazine company" is a complete crock that is BREAKING THE LAW!

It just so happens that in the state of Tennessee, you can't 1. make a legal contract over the phone for over one year and 2. you can not make a legal contract over the phone for more than $500...That is two major laws broken in the state of Tennessee, so it looks like this time someone will finally get the upperhand on this Friendly Magazine Company!

I advise everyone that has been ripped off by this crock of BS company to research the laws in your state and find out just what is legal and what is not!!!

If anyone from the USA Magazine Exchange is reading this, and especially if the cry baby Customer Service Rep. Brian Thomas, I'd like to say "Up Yours" for the treatment I recieved from your company and also for you TRYING to rip me off...Guess we will see who gets the last laugh in this one...

Keep pressing me amd don't return the money you've already STOLEN from me, and I'll see you in court =) Have a nice day!
