USA MOVERS EXPRESS Abraham Gabey STOLE A WHOLE 24foot truck with furniture and belongings Owings mills Maryland
Tasheen Pickett (goes by Ty or Tylor) came on November of 2013 to move all our furniture, boxes, personal belongings into his truck. He made us sign the moving contract which had the name of the company and DOT# white out.
He told us the company USA RECOLATION, Inc was in the process of changing names. He charged us 50% up front. Asked for cash Only. He said he didn't know where he was going to store the container yet since there are more customers that he needs to go help. He said he will deliver furniture whenever we tell him too.
January of 2014 comes by, we call Brenda Mack, supposelily the Admin at the office told us we will have to send a payment if we want our stuff delivered at the end of March. She sends us a form to sign through email and enter credit card number. This time the form had a company's name with an address in South Carolina called J & P Moving Inc. Address: 4250 wrangler trail Sumter, SC 29150
We faxed the form and she took our money. Comes March 24th and our stuff didn't get deliveried. We called Brenda Mack and she says that due to weather conditions they couldn't delivered.
Comes April, we call Brenda again and she said truck driver Ty is in the hospital he can't deliver our stuff yet.
Comes April 18th when she promised she will deliver the stuff, we haven't even heard from anyone. We called Brenda and she told us to "never call her again". We called next day and the number 888-505-6597 has been disconected. From this point we only had Ty's cell phone number to communicate with. He kept telling us he doesn't have a clue where our furniture is. He gave us Abraham Gabey DOT# and from there we called the cops to get Abraham'a contact number. A cop drove by to USA MOVERS EXPRESS to see if it actually exists in Owings Mills, MD.
Called Abraham and he told us that Tasheen never delivered the container to his company USA MOVERS EXPRESS located in Owings Mills, Maryland. Abraham told us to forget about our furniture because it's probably auctioned. More than $50,000 Stolen and nobody can help?!?!?
Who has our furniture? The truck driver or the Owner Abraham Gabey?
Is it in Maryland or South Carolina????

I KEEP RECEIVING EMAILS FROM PEOPLE THAT ARE GOING THROUGH THE SAME SITUATION. THEY TRY TO BE HONEST TO SOME OF THEIR CLIENTS, while they SCAM OTHERS. DO NOT HIRE THEM. OTHERWISE, NONE OF US WOULD BE WASTING TIME POSTING THESE IF WE DIDNT HAVE/NEED TO.
HIRE A LAWYER AND SUE THEM.

First off J and J moving Inc has an "F" from the BBB with other complaints on file. This is a scamming company and you know it. I am experiencing exactly what the other consumers mentioned and it is ashamed that you do these things to people. I have paid over a $1,000 and they still say I owe double the estimated amount!! They lie and do not hold up to the things they say. The movers showed up after the delivery window to pick up my items and I was told I would receive a discount, but yet they couldn't tell me exaclty how much????? Really?
I had an estimate with a living room suite, washer and dryer, exercise equipment, 10 boxes and a few other things. I added no more than 10 more boxes to be delivered and they doubled my estimate price? So basically they are saying those 10 extra boxes weight the same as an entire living room suite, the 10 boxes already mentioned in the original estimate, exercise equipment and etc. Then they come up with all kinds of excuses as to why they don't know when your items will be delivered and we do not know exactly how much everything is. They are very unprofessional and do not pick up when scheduled. I can go on about their scamming habits, but I am getting too upset just thinking about it.
Also, USA moving group are scammers too, because they are the ones who use this company knowing they have an F from the BBB and have other complaints filed against them. Let everyone kow about their ways so that people could find them in a google search and decide for themselves if they want to use them as their movers knowing their history.

TASHEEN PICKETT PICKED UP MY FURNITURE IN NOVEMBER 2013. SINCE THAT DAY WE HAVE GOTTEN THE RUN AROUNDS. SAYING HE COULDNT TELL US WHERE THE CONTAINER IS STORED. HE COULDNT GIVE US DELIVERY DATE. HE KEPT SAYING HE IS ONLY THE TRUCK DRIVER. BUT, YES HE COULD TAKE $7000 AT THE TIME OF PICK UP AND IN JANUARY ANOTHER $1700. IN JUNE HE WAS ALSO ABLE TO GIVE US THE NAME OF USA MOVERS EXPRESS AND ADDRESS WHERE SUPPOSELY HE DROPPED OUR FURNITURE OFF. FUNNY HOW MONTHS LATER HE WAS ABLE TO RELEASE INFORMATION AND BLAME IT ON ABRAHAM GABEY AND HIS COMPANY FOR NOT CONTACTING US.
WE CALLED USA MOVERS EXPRESS SPOKE TO ABRAHAM GABEY WHO SAID HE KNOWS TASHEEN AND HE OWES HIM MONEY FROM PAST BUSINESS. I CALLED BACK AGAING ON A DIFFERENT DAY AND CLYDE Mcclelland ANSWERS THE PHONE. NAME WHO SOUNDED FAMILIAR BECAUSE BACK IN FEBRUARY I RECEIVED AND EMAIL FROM HIM CHARGING ME $1700 TO BE ABLE TO DELIVER MY FURNITURE. CLYDE STATED HE KNOWS TASHEEN BUT NOT IN PERSON AND HE SAID HE NEVER SENT THAT EMAIL. WEIRD RIGHT???? TODAY I TALKED TO A LADY WHO IS GOING THROUGH THE SAME ISSUE AND FUNNY HOW OUR STORIES MATCH, NAME MATCH AND ADDRESSES OF SUPPOSELY MOVING COMPANIES MATCH TOO.

My name is Tasheen Pickett, and I am the owner and sole-proprietor of J and P Moving, Inc. I am writing this in response to the allegations that I am not an honest business man, and that my company is in any way affiliated with any fraudulent or illegal practices. I have worked very hard to get to where I am, and though I have made some poor decisions in the past, I have devoted a significant amount of time and energy to repairing my reputation and to ensuring that I run a company that adheres to the laws and guidelines set by the department of transportation. I have nothing to do with any of the claims that have been made on this website, and I will not continue to sit idly by while my name and that of my company are slandered undeservingly. I have absolutely no affiliation with the aforementioned company, and any issues that customers have concerning the pick-up and/or delivery of their belongings should be addressed to the companies they contracted with. I am being used as a scapegoat, because like so many other moving companies, the ones mentioned in these posts are now defunct as a result of the owners' deceptive ways and illegal practices. Yet, I am still here. I am not hiding, all of my business' information is public and it will remain as such. J and P Moving, Inc. has only been active since January of 2014 and since that time any jobs that I have done have been completed satisfactorily. I sincerely apologize to any customers who may feel that I had anything to do with their disatisfaction in the way their moves were performed, but I can assure you that your anger and frustration are being directed at the wrong man and at the wrong company. J and P Moving, Inc. is an honest, law-abiding company that offers affordable moving services across the country. I pride myself in my business' standards and I will defend myself against any and all fraudulent claims. . I have been running my company honestly, and I will continue to proceed accordingly. I will not be deterred by these preposterous claims. J and P Moving, Inc. is here to stay and our "product" will continue to speak for itself

To The Current Customers and Future Customers of USA MOVERS EXPRESS,
My Name Is Brian Whitfield I am the Operation Manager of USA Movers Express in Owings Mills, MD.I have worked for this company since it’s open in January 2014.
I have been reading and hearing of bad reviews in reference to the company I currently work for and it has disheartens me to hear false accusation to the company I now work for. Some of the reviews have been so fabricated that I can’t even fathom why someone would want to hurt our reputation when we are professional, experienced movers. USA Relocation Inc has been ruining USA Movers Express Reputation our company has only been at the 11221 Dolfield Blvd. Owing Mills location for less than a year. The current owner Avi Hanun has only been located here since January. The was a previous owner by the name of Abraham Gabay he has no affiliation with our current company employees, Jobs, Deliveries none of the above .Please look up USA Relocations Inc’s old DOT on Protectyourmove.gov or saferweb.org the D.O.T. # is (D.O.T #1612613 M.C. # 596243) this company from what my understanding has closed down and has not since been doing business. I also checked into the driver I believe his name is Tasheen Pickett. He was affiliated with another company named USA Relocation out of CA with the same name as USA Relocation Inc. any deliveries, pickup, paperwork, under USA MOVERS EXPRESS or USA relocation Inc ., was falsified and stolen. He was not authorized to do any moves for USA Relocation Inc. Nor HAS HE EVER BEEN AFFLIATED WITH USA MOVERS EXPRESS!!!!!!
The Owner Avi Hunun has since put out a lawsuit for the falsifications of the documents and we hope to soon have a culprit in this current investigation. I would like any customer that has question to feel free to call the office at 443-352-8398 or 443-450-3795
