USA Nursery This company is a FRAUD! New Haven Connecticut
I recently moved into our new home. I have started working the yard and making it beautiful. I found what I thought would be a wonderful website to get trees and shrubs from. The website contained all the write things and information, so I felt safe. I was wrong.
On April 23rd I placed my first order in the amount of $56.00. The prices were so great I reached out to one of my clients who was moving as well to get their landscaping needs there as well. So the following day, April 24th I placed a second order through USA Nursery for my client in the amount of $89.00.
After 2 weeks of not hearing anything from the company, I reached out and called. A lady did answer and say they were 2 weeks behind. The very next day I received and email that my order had shipped. (the first order). I received the order May 11 and it was a box of DEAD trees. I am a landscaper and know my plants.
I reached out once again, both by email and phone and cannot get a response. I have tried daily at different times. I have emailed multiple times with no response. To this date, I have not received my second order (my clients) and have had to go to the box store of which cost me money out of pocket.
This company is totally fraudulant at this point as well as an internet thief. Do not buy anything from this group.
