Complaint Review: USA Perfector Arasys - Forever Young - Platinum Television - Metamorphosist East

I am writing a report in reference to a report that Mr. Greg from San Francisco has made about Arasys Perfector recently. I am a customer who purchased a Perfector system and an Arasys system in January 2006. At that time, Arasys Perfector was still in partnership with Metamorphosis East operated by Platinum Television. When I purchased the machine from a sales rep in Florida, she promised that there would be a commercial custom made for our company and that it would be aired by March 2006.

No words from them until the end of June when I decided to buy my 4th Perfector machine. They forwarded me to the Honolulu, Hawaii office and had me speak with Dr. Xanya Weiss. Until now, my only experience with this company was with someone in Florida, not in Hawaii. It was my first time speaking with the Honolulu office and they were extremely helpful to me. Dr. Weiss explained to me that the corporate office is now in Honolulu and they were ending their partnership with Metamorphosis East, who was operated with Platinum Television and under CEO, Doug Scott. His name was advertised on their website until recently.

Arasys Perfector (Honolulu office) was not surprised about my complaints with the company as Metamorphosist East has promised many others with false claims and promises that were never honored.

I just wanted to clarify for the company that yes, it was a bad experience, but that time has passed. Now Arasys Perfector is a brand new company with great customer service. I can't describe how good the technology is and how much we love the Perfector and the Arasys.
