Complaint Review: Usa photo nation

I ordered a Sony PC-350 camcorder for $719. The description of the product includes a cradle/charging unit and a battery. I received a follow-up call from USA Photo Nation telling me the battery and charging unit was not included but I could purchase them seperately for an additional $399.

After extensive research, I have concluded that these items are indeed included and the company was trying to "up the price" fraudulently. I immediatly cancelled my order.

This is a scam. Even their own web-site references the included items as "supplied" items.
