Usa Platinum Credit Stole $149.99 from my checking account Internet Internet
I was online looking for payday loans when i cam across this company. I DID NOT agree to have money taken out of my account. And today when I checked my bank I found that $149.99 was taken out of my checking account. Leaving me and my family with $5. I immediatly contacted my bank and put a fraud alert on it. Unfortunately since it is Saturday I'm not sure what else I can do.

Be it over the phone, online, by mail (usually a postcard) never ever give out ur account info..u don't need to pay to be able to get a credit card. Applications are usually free of charge unless there is a processing fee in which case it would usually be a bank like capital one...
I was once a telemarketer myself calling people up with bad credit offering them a credit card, only catch is they would have to pay 149$ or more..But all they got in the mail was junk...you wouldnt believe how many people fell for the scam...the owner of the scam company bought himself a porsch and paid cold cash for it..
No company would be able to debit your account unless u provide them with your account information. So, if you and your family are left with 5$ and 5$ only in your account then u have no one to blame but urself..
Call ur bank on monday and tell them what happened and ask them todo a chargeback..a chargeback is when they reverse it and get ur money back for you..and always be careful and never ever give any account infos to no one.
