I found an ad on the internet about USA platinum and credit repair. I was interested untill I found that it was 149.95 to recieve their 7500 dollar credit line and they wanted my bank info on line.

Then today a week later i recieve a phone call telling me that I qualify for their "special offer" and if i take advantage today I get the same program for only 79.95. sounded great to me so i did it. But by the time the call was over the cost somehow jumped to 99.95. I was confused but agreed anyway because after all, you are supposed to get the money back with your welcome package right?

I was given an account number over the phone. I was all to happy when the told me i would be able to start shopping right away. Here it is an hour after i got off the phone and when i go to look up the website to browse items "Similar to those at Sears, JC Penny's, and Wal-Mart." All I am able to find is FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD....

So, what have I gotten myself into I am now wondering???? I have a few days to stop the withdrawl from my account because I did the post dated thing untill the 13th. So what do I do??? Stop payment or cross my fingers that I will fall into the percentage that actually benefits from their offer???? What do you think???

While you do have a 60 day timeframe to contact your bank if you used a credit/debit card to make a purchase you DO NOT CLAIM IT IS FRAUD. By giving them your payment information you are authorizing them to bill your account. In order to get your mone y back you will need to contact the merchant and request a cancellation. Write down the date you called, the person you spoke with, and their response to your request. You will need to provide this information to your bank. If you recieve any materials in the mail, return them by UPS,Fed-Ex or other means in which you are able to monitor that they receive the items back.

You have a 60 day time frame in which you can dispute the charge with your bank for fraudulent activity. If you can afford the money, why not wait and see what you get and if you like the service.
But, if your not liking what you see now, you may want to go ahead and contact your bank.

GOOD LUCK!!!
