I want my money back!!! I even contacted the BBB, I have done some homework on these two that call themselves Provac, they both use fake names, the guy answering the phone says his name is Vince, don't believe him, its a lie. after they were in my home for only five minutes, I felt very uncomfortable with them there and wanted them to leave. Left my home a wreck, do not be taken by them like I was.

I'm replying to this review because the statement above is NOT True. First our company is a member of BBB (Better Business Bureau) with no complaints and an excellent A Rating. Second, our Company does take care of our customers with great respect and service. Third, one of our members of staff name is Vince. This is a fake review by the unfair competitor.
