Complaint Review: USA SEO Pros (USASEOPROS)

USA SEO PROS is a Rip Off. They lied to me made fraudulent claims and used scare tactics. USA SEO PROS should be sued class action lawsuit.

When the salesman called (David) he explained their entire program. We discussed specific key words that could be used for my business. These were all non-geo-targeted key words and phrases. I have a replicated website and I asked David if they were doing work for any other members of my company. (I am obviously concerned about competition) He said "No I was the only one" Every thing he said sounded legit and exactly what I was looking for.

USA SEO PROS Lied to me. After making payment I spoke with a woman who gave me an overview and then I was to wait for a few days to speak with someone about my key words. When I got my list of keywords and spoke with the lady who selected them they were nothing like I had talked about with David the salesman. I had all long tail phrases with geo targeted key words. I could not picture anyone typing these phrases into a search. I told the lady this was not what I had expected and not what I had discussed with the salesman. I then asked her if they are doing work for any one else in my company and she said yes. David lied to me twice.

I told her this was not what I wanted. She got really nasty with me and said she would call be back. A few days later I got a call. She would include most of the keywords I wanted plus throw is a few more as a bonus. Ok so I was lied to but they seemed willing to work with me so I agreed to proceed.

About a month went by and I called to check on my status. I was sent to a person in their collections department. He said I had not made payment and all work on my account was halted. What the heck is USA SEO PROS doing. I had my credit card statement with two payments listed ($1367 and $1397). I had paid in full and they were asking me to submit another payment.

At this point I had enough. I told the guy in collections that I was lied to and now being asked to pay more money. I told him to cancel the service and refund my money. He said they don't give refunds and they were going to turn me in to the credit bureau. I was then transferred to USA SEO PROS Customer service. I spoke with Lovlie who is nothing like her name. She spoke to me in a derogatory way and kept calling me honey. I explained to her that I made a full payment but at this point I just wanted to cancel and get my money back. She said it's too late for that because they had begun work on my account and if I didn't pay she would ruin my credit.

Finally I just hung up and called my credit card company to dispute the charges. Then about a week goes by and they guy from collections calls me again. I told him I made full payment and was disputing the charges with my credit card company (end of conversation) Then a few hours go by and Lovlie called me back ad said everything was ok and they were moving forward on my account. I told her to forget it and she said it was too late and they were moving forward on my account and no refund.

So here I am trying to figure out where to go next. I noticed my web page comes up on 2 of the long tailed geo-targeted key phrases that no one will ever type in. And to top it off it's listed under my rental company which has nothing to do with the business I'm promoting online which is a direct sales business.

I have not figured out how to get my money back yet but if anyone is interested in hiring an attorney to sue the crap out of USA SEO PROS then please contact me. I'm ready to take action against USA SEO PROS and their fraudulent dealings, rude service and outright scam practices.

Help me shut down USA SEO PROS...
