This company contacts process servers and offers them volume work at a lowered fee.

They never have volume and of the few little jobs they request, they expect you to make theirs top priority. After completing their job, they are supposed to send payments on the 15th or last day of the month. Example, I complete a job on the 3rd day of the month, the period will end on the 15th and payment be sent at that time. That has never actually happened and instead, I have to contact them again to get paid for my services rendered. Then they will say it was some kind of computer glitch. If that only happened once, okay. They have been late paying on every job that I have done for them. That is NOT the propper way to do business and I will not take on any of their jobs again.

False Allegations

#3REBUTTAL Owner of company

Mon, August 22, 2011

I am the owner of the company and will simply lay out the facts regarding this exagerated report.

1. We never promise volume as this is something totally outside of our control as we deal with a nationwide client base.

2. This Missouri process server (Aronson Process Service, LLC.) had done a total of three jobs for us before his account was placed on hold due to this type of slandering activity. We provide payment only after the signed affidavits are returned and the facts on his payments for these jobs were as follows:

Affidavit returned 3/25/2011 Check Mailed 4/1/2011

Affidavit returned 4/25/2011 Check Mailed 5/6/2011

Affidavit returned 5/20/2011 Check Mailed 6/22/2011 (Acknowleged computer issue which delayed payment)

As you can see there was one issue which we acknowleged. These type of individuals that post false inflated allegations about companies with a goal to merely ruin reputations are detrimental to the industry. There is a thing called libel and we may have no choice but to seek legal council and taking agressive action regarding this issue.
