Complaint Review: USA Shopping Club

I recieved a membership card for the USA Shopping Club. It is a merchandise card to purchase their products online. The problem is they are always having a basement blowout sale and all items have to be purchased with a regular credit card. I paid $79.00 to get this card, and have not been able to use it yet.

The prices are outragously high, when I was told by the representative that they had a wide variety of products for the same price as our regular shopping stores. There variety is very small. When emailed with questions they have never responded. I feel as though I was ripped off, and would like my money refunded to me, or some other form of compensation.
