Beware bad cheks fom this company!!

This is another link to these guys called Top Hat Lotto Financial Manager is Fred Liberman. They sent me a check for 7,400.00. Telling me to call that I have won 580,000.00 and need to insure the funds to get it but thanks to this site I learned they are a rip off, this is one of three different bad checks that I have received in the past 3 months or so. The government needs to do something about the rise of these companies. All they have to do is change the name and there back in business.
