I have not authorized any of their service.

It's almost impossible to reach USA VoiceMail via phone, but they responded promptly to my email. Here is their email address:
support@4usavoicemail.com
This is how they responded:
Good Afternoon;
Please be advised that the service has been cancelled and credit(s) have
been issued back to your telephone company. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles
for the credit(s) to appear.
Thank you;

My phone company said if USA VoiceMail didn't credit my account, they would reverse the charge.

CONTACT THE FCC- THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN- ALSO CONTACT YOUR LOCAL PHONE CO- THEY WILL REVERSE THE CHARGES- IF YOU DO NOT PAY THIS PORTION OF YOUR BILL, IT WILL NOT AFFECT YOUR SERVICE-
