  1. low quality products

  2. not honoring warranties

  3. not refunding returns

  4. not answering the phone

  5. blocking eBay messages

  6. using eBay loophole "seller is away" setting to block negative feedback and filing complaints

  7. deceptive adverts

  8. short changing products (less RAM, less storage, less speed, missing adapters)

  9. illegal use of Better Business Bureau logo (not affiliated under any store name)

  10. violating use of eBay truster seller icons

Please check the seller's negative feedback ratings, click on the number next to seller, then click on negative feedback number. Brace yourself, they are only the ones that were able to leave feedback.

Very disgusted with eBay for not dealing with this bad seller. I've pressed eBay to FINALLY admit these seller accounts are linked. Seller gets a very suspension on one account, then moves items to other stores. Suspension benefits them because to disallows feedback until it is too late to file complaint or feedback. Instead of eBay terminating the seller or suspending the company, eBay gave them a Trusted Seller icon! Mention of this on the eBay Community Forumhas resulted in my forum ban and my posts removed, despite not violating a rules and eBay replying to me that my bans were in error, I am still get banned and my posts deleted. That's another story.

My troubles started with a Tablet I bought from the seller which was flimsy that I kept in a case, one day the screen starting cracking in several places under normal use. I sent it back only to get blocked from contacting the seller, seller used loophole to block complaint. I did research and I was amazed at what I found on this company.
