I was struck from behind from a driver with USAA Insurance.


Upon attempting to have my Vehicle repaired I contacted USAA who said and Adjuster would be contacting me within 72 Hours to Inspect my Vehicle. Thats where the Circus began.


The Adjuster called me after 2:00 pm and stated he would need to see the vehicle the very next morning at 8:00 am due to his scheduled knee surgery and know other  time would be convenient for him


I informed him that did not not work with my schedule and he said then I would have to get another adjuster by calling USAA which may take some time.


I was contacted by USAA  Greg Wise again to come out and view my Vehicle and he was agitated once again when I explained he would have to come by after 10:00


he agreed and hung up the phone.


I called and spoke to his supervisor Jerrry Pienta who apparently has a worser attitude than Greg Wise


Jerry stated I could drive my car to an approved dealer to verify damages which was a 40 mile trip for myself.


After waiting some time for another adjuster My vehicle was finally looked at wherby I recieved an estimate for damages $ 2322.70 which is far less than the legitimate estimate from Days Chevrolet $ 3504.85
