USAA investigation for insurance always takes the side of the company. I received nothing from my claim of theft from my house. Their investigations is sketchy and their response is worst. Do not use USAA insurance its a scam. Its like paying into a black hole you won't get satisfaction. These is two claims left unfulfilled by USAA. One could be labeled a fluke. Two is a trend.
