Complaint Review: USABD Internet Solution

On our April 13, 2007 phone bill a $49.95 USABD Internet Solution fee was charged. I called and spoke to Shannon on 6/5/07 who said she would reverse the charges and send a packet we could review if to see if we want to continue this program we never requested. On 6/27/07 our June 13 bill arrived and the charge is still on the bill. This time I spoke with Christine who said Shannon's notes said nothing about reversing charges. I requested it be canceled but she would not reverse any charges. This is a scam. She had a name she said authorized this in 2004. This person is a medical assistant with no authority to make such decision. Nor could Christine produce anything to support this claim. This company is corrupt. They are robbing form the poor people of our community who need healthcare.
