Complaint Review: USABD Internet Solution The Billing Resource USABD USA Business Directory

Our company received a call from USABD but we refused the service because we have a service that promotes our website. We do not need this service. I called in Aug when we received the first bill because we were unaware of this company. So the rep from USABD agreed to reverse the charges. So I thought it was over.

Then we receive another charge from this same company for $49.95. I called again but this time, the rep said that they already gave us a credit and would not give us another one. The rep also said that they have sent us statistical information regarding their services. However, I have yet to receive any information about this company. Then the rep said that they have a fire alarm and quickly hung up the phone. How convenient.

This company charges their services through the phone company. I asked the phone company to block it but the rep from the phone company said they cannot. So I get this problem every 3 months. Every three months another company charges us for services that we didn't sign up for, or was never rendered. Beware of these companies. What happened to written contracts?
