USAcardservices ripoff scam illegal contract does not live up to contract. Dallas Texas

I have reported USA card services to the State of Florida Business Legal Company. Why? USAcard services called me last Oct. 5th 2005. The "business consultant" Paul Gallsemi the last name might be mispelled) started to introduce me to this program that was being sponsored by J.P.Morgan Chase Bank.
He went on about the banking industry were getting involved invested to highly motivated serious people that are willing to work hard to have their own online business.
That is when I got hooked. Being 100% disabled from an automobile accident, I have been investing to have my own online business.It has been one scam after the other never made a penny.
USAcard services explained to me that I have been selected one out of the few hundred that was interviewed that J.P.MorganChase >Bank was going to invest 5,000 dollars for everything I need to be a successful online
business. Business education course, free web hosting company, free domain name, I will be able to accept credit cards only if my credit was good. That was the only approval that they have been waiting for. When I received the phone call that mycredit has been approved, my head was spinning with delight! That I didn't hear
the following. That I would have to pay 130. dollars each month for the credit card terminal. That there is a 48 month contract.
Once that sunk in my head, I told Paul in a very disappointing voice, sorry I can not accept your offer. He asked why and I told him that I live on a fix income being 100% disabled.
His reply was "Rose don't worry, we are here to help you. By this time next month you will be laughing because you will be able to pay the fee and even some of your bills". During the month of October I was hit by
"Hurricane Wilma" which as of now my home is unsafe
to live in. That is when I had my awakening!
Never mind that their web host company which is located in Florida. They were affected by the Hurricane and could not function. Never mind that I did not have electricity, or phone for two months. The banks gave
me three month extension to pay any credit cards because"it was an Act of God". As a matter of fact, everything was put on hold.
USA card services frozed my account! That I could not believe and that is when my eyes opened wide!
To make along story short, after I realized their main victims were people who are disabled, senior citizen, people who live on fixed incomes I made it my business to warn as many people as I can about USAcardservices. I sent emails to newsletters, to Google, to Help Me Howard,
channel 7 news in Florida. Even on my web-site that I put together. Their web hosting company just stole all my ideas.
This is now July 20th, 2006, I have not made one sale yet. That is so sad!
Colony 1 which is the web hosting com. that was supplied free for a year. Everytime I asked them how you do something, they applied it to their own web site
business. You see, I found my own drop shipper, I described the template I wanted,even send them the software with all my products images. They refuse to help me.
Yet they helped themselves to my work! That really hurts!!! I am going on with my champaign untile Justic is done! Since this whole ordeal, I had two strokes,
feel into a deep depression and I can't stop crying. Especially this has been a dream of mind to help others that are disabled, 10% of each sale was going to charity for the disabled. I am the one who is seeking charity to keep my electric on.I fogot to mention they have the wrong name on the contract.

It has been awhile since I put in my first complaint. Many more poor souls are still getting ripped-off by USACardServices I know by Google Alerts. Now I had to invest another 500.00 to have my web site redone, plus I am still paying USACardServices living on Social Security Disability the financial stress that I am under caused my third stroke.
I can't pay for a plumber to fix my bath tub or toilet and I am 100% disabled. What I want to know, Rip-Off you have enough testimonials and proof that you refuse to let others know about how we are trying to get only 200 signatures so we can have a State 1 Action lawsuit. I wonder if you really want to help the Public or are you looking to take the credit for yourselves?

October 5th 2005
Today's date July 23rd 2006 I have been paying USA card services 130 dollars each month (48 month contract). I explained to the "Business Consultant" that called me that I live on a fix income due to an automible accident. They it would be a finacial strain to keep up with the payments. His reply "don't worry at this time next month not only will you afford to pay the fee, you will also be able to pay off some bills". As of today I have not made one sale!
