Yahoo inbox column was written as from the U.S. Department of State. The email said U.S. Department of State
sent this message to me that at Saturday 12th of February 2011 1:07:38 AM I was
accepted and guarantees to receive a United States Permanent Resident Card or
Green Card. If I am only filled the form
as an engineer and not describing my other skill and profession but they still
welcome me, so how any institution can reject a man with the highest R&D
works list in his country. I am an
R&D designer which its research field is covered all 13 European Research
Era broad classification, one of them in the security packaging that can yield
million US $ royalty each week.
Meanwhile my latest IT works are a security task for anti crime in cell
phone network menu, and other one is Algorithmic Traffic Control for less
traffic accident and zero traffic jam, which I guest can donate millions US $
for charity including for the visa company or partner. But because of my political opinion,
instead of let my R&D endeavor self sufficient then a powerful clandestine

an intellectual asylum, where and idea can be freely express and verify. If the usa.gov and usafis.org or similar
address would like to welcome 50.000 immigrants that based on commercial state,
so why not for my humanitarian effort?
Please proceed my virtual DV mention above then use it as a guarantee
for the fee that ask by usafis.org, and the $880 fee (its deadline is Feb 27,
and I hope there is no hidden cost) will be sent after an authorized DV can be
sense. I have represent some of my
R&D works list in seven brief PDF files one of them consist about
50.000 words , which will be sent to
appropriate sponsor. Would you like to
give any solution or suggestion? Please do not publish

I applied through this company and they made may pay for 10 years subscription to the green card lottery.
They after called my wife and tried to make her also pay for additional application.
A month ago they called me and told me that I won the lottery and in order to proceed I need to make a final payment of 899 euros. they fooled me into that this is a requirement and this is the final immigration package.
I don't know why I did the payment, but after that I discovered that I won nothing and I filed a complaint through there web site and also called their phone line.
I got a call back, but they insist that I agreed to buy a language package only and they deny that they told me that I won.
I lost 899 euros for nothing and even I asked them to send me an official invoice or shipping notification, but again no reply.
These guys will do anything to rip you off. I feed stupid that I got fooled.

I went through whole of their site. They do not guarantee a green card and no one can guarantee that. They have mentioned that they provide green card lottery application service which means that their service is for application and paper work. I think site looks fine and everything is good.

USAFIS Is Real
#17UPDATE Employee
Wed, February 10, 2010
Many people are
skeptical about these things but I can assure you that USAFIS.org is the real
deal. Heres why. USAFIS is an Official U.S. Government Program and its
legally endorsed. If it isnt, the website would have been shut down ages ago
from fraud. I hope you guys understand these. Many of the comments come from
the competitors who wants to increase their business at the cost of others.

Following my complain abovemention,
Up to now, I received NO NEWS from USAFIS, not even any sign of a good gesture, just vanished my money....
Well, you can be certain that God knows how to pay it back, and I appeal to the US Government to investigate this company, you can googling this company and would have more than enough people to make a stand against this company.
God helps.....

You know of recent, I have been regularly bombarded by mails from USAFIS to register for the Green Card Lottery through them, with different options ranging from 1 to 10 yrs. Since I dont know the company, I decided to find out about people's encounters with them. It is beginning to shock me that while people's comments shows that they are very disgruntled at the Service provided by this "establishment" (and might as well have been ripped off by them) this "company" seems to have the elusive feeling that they are satisfying the needs of their customer - or perhaps it's just a facade.
On countless times when people raise their concerns with USAFIS, i have seen one PRO person write something interesting about them, yet extremely go silent on all the numerous complains filed by people.
I just thank God that i have not fallen into this trap.
Job Well done here,

USAFIS Do Not guarantee a U.S. Green Card
#17
Mon, September 07, 2009
however, it can guarantee that if a person is eligible for the Green Card Lottery program that the individual's application will qualify for the program. USAFIS is a professional pair of eyes to make sure what you write and fill out meets the standards of the U.S. State Department. All too often, people who register for this wonderful opportunity do not make into the front door due to their application being disqualified. In 2004, over 10 million people applied for the U.S. Green Card Lottery program and over 2 million were automatically disqualified. One of the main reasons for the automatic disqualification was due to missing information on the application form. What a pity! USAFIS ensures its clients the opportunity to be in one of the greatest opportunities of a life time, a chance to enter the U.S. Green Card Lottery program.

Dear Sir,
How come you move so swiftly, ignoring my complaint about this transaction. With all the respect,
I am Debora Coles a member of USAFIS no: 129294581
I have file a report through your online form under tracking no: 890244
The story goes like this:
I agree to follow and paid your service on 20th August 2009 as much as Aus.$104.30 for a service to get me into GreenCard DV Lottery Program.
But then on 26th of August evening of my time, someone called and insisted for me to buy the Language Package as much as 600$ (Aus.$840.86) as it seems as is a must; he tried and talked to me that I even can't think properly and insisted to get my credit card numbers where then I gave it reluctantly. They really tricked me.
After that I informed my husband, and he got furious about that, so immidiately I file the complaint and asking to hold the transaction through your online form under tracking no: 890244; and after several days only I got the reply informing that someone from the Supervisors will call me. But during that time (on August 26th) I got information from my Bank in Australia that the my account has been debited as follow:
And only by yesterday (August 30th, 2009) they called me and asking why I want to cancel and try to convince me not to do that. It really upset me and even after I do research with Google, THERE ARE A LOT OF COMPLAINS regarding your company.
So if you are trully an established and honest company, please repond to this complaint as me and my husband are senior citizen already (both of us already a pensioner) and that amount of money are matter so much for us. Please give back my money (Aus.$840.86); nevermind about the first one (Aus.$104.30)
I appeal to your heart!
And beside that I already fax the hardcopy of my complaint to your fax number and I couldn't get an email address from your website except online form only. (BIG WHY???).
Please respond to me and awaiting your soonest reply.
Sincerely yours,
Debora Coles.

USAFIS Promising Successful DV Lottery Application Submission
#17
Mon, August 17, 2009
USAFIS is a non governmental agency, assisting people in getting a Green Card through diversity lottery program. With our expertise, we can make the process of getting a Green Card simpler, by preparing a to-the-point and error free application for you.
Its true that people can apply to Diversity Lottery program for free, whereas we charge some money for the services provided. But it doesnt mean that we make any false promises to people. We only guarantee the acceptance of your application to the DV lottery program. Whoever is claiming that we promised them a Green Card is totally wrong? No one can guarantee you a green card through Diversity Lottery program.
At USAFIS we only help users in making successful submission of AV lottery application form. We remove all the possible chances of making mistakes and prepare an application with comprehensive details and documentations.
Some people even claim that we have charged their credit cards illegally, this is a complete mesh. As we are strict followers of law and all legal rules associated with customer services, which means there is no chance of any misuse of your credit card.

To Whom It May Concern,
We are quite dismayed about your complaint against USAFIS for charging for a service that is free.
Usafis is a specialist in the field of governmental applications in relation to the U.S. Green Card Lottery program, and at no time do we mislead our customers that we are a representative for the United States government. In fact, as stated on our website, it is quite clear that one can submit their application for free through the U.S. State Department's website.
USAFIS is part of the service provider industry. We ensure that person's application is free from any error or lack of information. There is a fee for this service and hundreds of thousands of people each year rely on USAFIS to ensure their application qualifies for the Green Card Lottery program. Your claim that person can do it for themselves can apply to many service providers in our industry even within the immigration service field. For example, a U.S. citizen who marries a foreigner can fill out the I-129F form, Petition for Alien Fianc(e), by themselves. The State Department clearly gives instructions on how to fill out the paperwork and what documents are required along with submitting the application. Still in all, people will hire the services of an attorney to handle the case. It is only natural for people unfamiliar with a process to hire the services of an expert in the field.
USAFIS has many years of experience in governmental applications along with how customers fill out these forms. One of the major reasons why applicants never make it into the Green Card Lottery program is due to issues relating to not adhering to the application's requirements. People use us for our expertise in the field or out of convenience. From pumping gas to planning a wedding, all can be done by the individual person saving tons of money in the process and yet, people choose to pay for services they care for.
Being a well established and authorized organization, the content on your website compromises our company's reputations and undermines the trust developed with our customers over the years, in addition to, jeopardizing our ability to service potential clients.
Usafis is an honest and straightforward to potential customers of who we are and what we charge. Therefore, we ask of you to remove the damaging content from your website.
Sincerely,
Dave Richards
