I signed up last year (2013), but I now do not want to have their service anymore ( I want to enter the lottery myself). I tried calling since May 2014 and have written various emails, but still no luck in deleting or deactivating my account. They say they wrote down I do not want to enter the DV lottery this year BUT I receive no written answer from them and every time I call it seems the do not know anything about the previous call.
