Hello all. This is my unhappy and disturbing experience with this company (so far).

I needed online prescription meds because I (as yet) haven't chosen a physician. I have done this before (with a now defunct online company) and completed an online questionnaire that was reviewed by the online company's physician and approved.

Using Google, I came across usamedsonline and their website which makes one think that one is actually ordering meds. So I entered my credit card details and then clicked on the ORDER NOW BUTTON. There is no doubt in my mind (as a reasonably intelligent person) that usamedsonline's Website is designed to make one think that by clicking on the ORDER NOW button, they actually take orders for and supply meds.

On the contrary, all they do it turns out, AFTER they have charged your card a recurrable monthly $29.95, is purport to supply information on companies the supply the cheapest meds.

Despite an immediate email cancelling my account and requesting a refund, I have been charged via PAY-ECOM (aka pangeaprocessing.com) $29.95 on Feb 7th AND two charges of $29.95 on March 7th. This has to be such a cruel and cynical scam that it amounts not just to bad business practice, but to fraud and certainly daylight robbery.

I have emailed usamedsonline.com today demanding a refund and warning them I'd be pursuing other remedies, including criminal and civil proceedings. I have also had to cancel my credit card in order to stop this company raiding my bank account.

I conclude by saying that the uncertainty that surrounds the purchase of online prescription meds MAY scare victims of the likes of usamedsonline into shrugging and keeping quiet for fear of falling foul of the law (whatever that may be). This MAY be what usamedsinline be relying on to keep their victims quiet, I am not sure. For sure, however, usamedsonline must be fleecing ordinary people at an alarming rate for doing virtually NOTHING; they must surely be stopped. We live in a civilised society and look to Government to protect us from this sort of Third-World scam.

I hope this is of use to someone. And I sincerely trust that the wicked and greedy people at snake-oil outfits like usamedsonline.com who pray on people obviously in need of real help cease to be able to operate and exploit vulnerable individuals and in doing so make $$$$$ out of their plight.

Sincerely

Anthony

While we're not really sure who the "former employee " is everything they have stated is basically correct. You can cancel anytime, there are numerous ovenues to do so, you can even get your money back if you meet certain criteria.

With regard to the last poster, they have obviously never bothered to inform themselves even in a minor sense by simply visiting the site. If they had then they could not have missed the toll-free number prominently displayed on the 'Contact' page.

You worked for this ripoff? Cause either you are lying, or you were ripped off too! in America, ripoffs are not only condoned, but government sponsored.

Pangeaprocessing only turns up RIPOFF sites! There is no 800 number. This is an internet scam pure and simple. You are only lucky this is not the wild west Ecom, wherever you are. If you haven't noticed by now, everyone is bitching about the same thing. If Ecom or whoever they really are cared, they would change their site to bulletproof against misunderstanding. But, in America, ripoffs are not only condoned, but government sponsored. Sad, sad state.

Not a Scam I used to work for this company

I used to work for this company and it is not a scam. If you read any of the information that is located on the website it CLEARLY states that you need a prescription to order from any of our sites. It also states in the section right before you enter your credit card information that "You will be charged a monthly membership fee for using our services". Before all you people haphazardly enter in your private credit card information on to the wide open internet you should read some instructions and membership disclaimers. All you have to do to cancel the account (if you didn't read andything and "accidentally" entered in your card info)is send an email into the office by goign to pangeaprocessing.com or call the 800 number and any of the agents have access to cancel the account. You may not always be refunded because if you have used the membership to order even once you used the service and will be charged. Only in the United States of America will people throw their credit card info out for any hacker to find. No wonder so many of you have your identities stolen.
