Usamedsonline.com, Dba Pangea Processing ripoff-put in my visa number to get more information, screen gave me an error message, went to my e-mail later on and found I had been charged 29.95. checked the on line banking and sure enough they had... I was never asked to confirm any amount, or shown that I was accepting a charge Internet
I was interested in their product and clicked on one.
I was asked to give a visa number which I did, most sites ask for that before giving you a bottom line.
The screen gave me an error. I went on to another site.
I went to my email to find I had been charged $29.95. I was shocked... I only have 23.32 in the bank. This is going to cause NSF charges.
I called company and asked them to not charge.
They said it would take 3 to 12 days to reverse the charge.
I talked to a supervisor - Michelle.. she explained that I had made the error and there was nothing she could do. She said "Kevin" would never rip anybody off online. I asked for Kevin's last name - she said she didn't know. So I explained to her that I thought she was working for a company that was ripping people off.
If you can get the banks $29.95 for 3 days and then return it... you esentially have that 3 days to spend the $29.95 before having to give it back.
Now multiply that by about ? You do the math!
I am really upset. I know that I never clicked on anything that said "You agree to pay $29.95 by clicking here". What did happen looked like a computer glich after I put in the Visa number.
It's sad, because most people on the internet arn't theifs. But these people certainly are. I asked michelle to have "Kevin" give me a call back and left my home phone number.
I would be thrilled to talk to him. But like all scam artists as this one absolutely is, he took my money and is laughing all the way to the bank.
I put my last name on things Kevin... how come the people that work for you don't know yours?
