Usamedsonline.com, Pangea Processing ripoff, only browsed the site, no order, charges to my account! Nationwide Internet

I did not even order from these people. I only browsed the site and was told that I was already a member. It gave me a false username and password and ask me to print the page.

My account was charged the next day at midnight for a service that I never received or applied for.
When my bank called to verify the charge, it originated from overseas. I began to check into the charge and was led to a website of paymentinfo.com which linked me to Pro Secure Payment. From there I was asked only for the first 4 digits and last 2 digits of my card and my zip code. The transaction was found and I was given the opportunity to file a complaint. Almost immediately, I received an e-mail from customercare@pangeaprocessing.com telling me that my account had been canceled and would receive a refund within 3-15 business days. There were no details about the account nor any names of anyone to consult; only customer care. I tried to contact them by phone but the phone was no longer in service. I tried to contact them again about account details by e-mail; but no response. I contacted my bank and they suggested that I come in to the bank and file a dispute to get my money back; and they will HOTCARD my card and issue me a new one. I go to the bank tomorrow. I will update once I have met with them and receive information on the actions taken by my bank.
